This printing technique utilizes production lines and the forming of three-dimensional products, and is a very advanced technology in the field of decoration. The technique transfers ink patterns onto three-dimensional surfaces. These patterns, whether standard or composite, are placed on a thin film that dissolves in water. Once the film is placed in water, it begins to dissolve, and an activating chemical is sprayed on top so the ink remains floating on the water's surface. The product is pre-treated (sandblasted, primed, then base coated) to receive the decorative ink, then dipped in water, causing the ink to wrap around and adhere to the product. After immersion, the product is lifted, washed, cleaned, and coated with clear acrylic. Water transfer printing (cubic printing, 3D printing) is a surface decoration technique using a special film printed with natural patterns (wood, marble) or geometric designs to decorate many products (car interior accessories, architectural elements, handles, partitions, and many daily-use applications). It can be applied to many materials such as plastic and metal, and can cover complex 3D shapes with high quality, giving a new color and attractive appearance to the printed product and increasing its value. 1.
