Explanation of the sugar cube forming process: Forming sugar cubes in this machine is very easy. Once the sugar is placed in the lower hopper, the production process proceeds as follows: • Sugar is automatically transferred from the lower hopper to the upper hopper. • Then the sugar is transferred to the mixer, which mixes the sugar with water (a few sprays of water). • The mixture is then transferred to the molds designated for the cubes, thus forming the cube in the required shape. • With the help of the pneumatic compressor, the cubes are pushed into the ovens for drying the cubes from the previously added water. • After drying in the ovens, the sugar is still moist, and to remove this moisture, the drying process is completed with the help of coolers on the conveyor belt, which is the last stage to make the cube completely ready. • All previous stages are completed with a single button press, and the machine performs the previous stages automatically. • After that comes the packing process, which is the only manual section in the machine, done by the vacuum device (air suction). • This device picks up 120 sugar cubes in each batch. • To pack 1 kg, the process is repeated 3 times, and within 9–11 seconds the pre-prepared box is ready.
