The winder is equipped with a sensor that stops the machine when a reading is lost to minimize waste. Control panel: Wide color touchscreen. Touch keys can perform normal tasks, but there are other functions as follows: Online dialog box with the manufacturer during machine operation, enabling the manufacturer to understand the machine status online and provide immediate suggestions. Multi-language support. Second-pass printing is controlled by computer instead of only by scanner; the computer system performs precise micro-adjustment and automatically reduces scanner search errors for optimal second-pass print registration. Printing unit control: Each station is equipped with a positioning unit controlled by a computer system via a dedicated control screen for each station. Positions can be saved in memory. This is achieved as follows: (a) Eliminating traditional manual positioning of print stations, as a programmed computer system automatically adjusts station positions with 10-micron accuracy. (b) Easy operation: enter the required data and the computer system automatically moves the print station to the desired position. (c) Eliminating traditional stepwise inspection methods with a single button press, as the computer micro-adjustment unit automatically adjusts distances. The result is highly accurate registration in a very short time, saving materials and inspection time (e.g., 10 meters waste in 10 minutes of inspection) (3 main operations: film feeding - printing - tensioning). Print station structure: Ink volume is controlled manually in addition to a computer control system for precise adjustment during printing; the required volume is entered and the computer automatically increases or decreases ink volume according to print speed, easily and efficiently. The shadow removal unit provides better print results.
